1. Proficient in classical and contemporary culinary techniques.
2. Demonstrated expertise in mise en place and efficient workflow management.
3. Comprehensive understanding of food science principles.
4. Adept at recipe standardization and yield management.
5. Skilled in advanced sauce and stock production.
6. Knowledge of various preservation techniques (e.g., pickling, curing).
7. Proficient in operating and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment.
8. Knowledge of HACCP and ServSafe protocols.
9. Expertise in flavor balancing and sensory evaluation.
10. Ability to execute complex plating and presentation standards.
11. Competent in using digital scales and measurement tools.
12. Understanding of food labeling and nutritional information.
13. Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
14. Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment, and utensils.
15. Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures, including accurate food safety and sanitation.
