The Catering Services Worker supports the event operations team in running successful catering orders and events within the location. Responsibilities include setting up catering and event services according to client requests, transporting supplies, serving guests, and cleaning up after events.

Job Responsibilities

1. Set up catering and event service according to client/customer requests and banquet event order
2. Transport and deliver catering food and beverage with all vital supplies and equipment
3. Set up chairs, tables, buffet lines, and other event equipment as requested in banquet event order
4. Replenish Food and Beverage products during events
5. Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events
6. Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service
7. Break down and clean area after the conclusion of the events and return equipment to accurate storage
8. Provide excellent customer service to all guests
9. Follow safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous catering experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Must follow the required dress code
• Availability to work event-based hours
• Ability to complete Food Handling and Alcohol Service training as required

This role may involve physical activities like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
