Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Catering Server to join our team. This role delivers friendly, professional service to guests and supports event execution.

You will follow our catering manual, adhere to event sheets and timelines, and assist with loading and unloading equipment and supplies after events. A positive, team-oriented attitude is essential.

• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Follow all event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets and timelines to successfully complete events.
• Pick up equipment, supplies and food at the completion of an event in a timely manner.
• Ensure all rented items are separated for vendor pick-up.
