By Landmark is currently seeking a Catering Server to join our team at Elkins Estate Park. This role involves setting up banquet spaces, greeting guests, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience during weddings, corporate events, and banquets.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or banquet service preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and place settings.
• Greet guests and provide courteous and professional service throughout the event.
• Serve food and beverages following proper service standards.
• Clear plates, glasses, and utensils promptly and maintain cleanliness during the event.
• Assist with buffet setup and replenishment if applicable.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Respond quickly to guest requests and communicate special needs to supervisors.
• Work closely with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Break down and clean banquet rooms after events.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
