Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a catering server to join Eat’n Park Hospitality Group’s Parkhurst Dining team. You’ll help create positive guest experiences by serving with professionalism and following event timelines and catering manuals.

The role involves standing/walking for most of the shift and lifting equipment and supplies as events require, with emphasis on timely setup, service, and post-event teardown.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve and interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Follow all service procedures according to Parkhurst’s catering manual.
• Follow all event sheets, diagrams, pull sheets and timelines to successfully complete events.
• Pick up equipment, supplies and food at the completion of an event in a timely manner.
• Ensure all rented items are separated for vendor pick-up.
