Job summary

Legends Global Stockton seeks an experienced bartender to deliver high-quality service at events and in our facilities. You will set up beverage stations, prepare drinks, handle cash, and ensure compliance with liquor policies.

The role requires accuracy in cash handling, sanitation knowledge, and the ability to stand for long periods. Candidates must be 21+, able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit, and available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 3 months or more of professional experience.
• Must be able to count and handle money accurately.
• Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long hours during events.

SummaryLegends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Bartenders for Legends Global Stockton Complex. Responsible for providing high-quality customer service during all events, to achieve customer satisfaction and accurate accounting of all transactions and including inventory.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesSets up and services individual beverage locations.Properly handles cash.Enforces all liquor laws.Verifies and accounts for all liquor inventory.Maintains proper sanitation of work area.Follows proper safety practices in the work area.Provides pleasant and efficient service to customers.Reports to F&B Personnel in appropriate uniform, for assigned location.Prepares all beverage items for sale in the stationSells to customers, charging amount indicated on Legends Global price list.Receives and handles cash and/or tickets.Accurately verifies all cash and liquor inventory with supervisor.Verifies cash register is programmed properly, according to Legends Global approved sales prices.Follows Bar Procedures described on the following page.Follows all rules and regulations which apply to the beverage operations and to Legends Global Food and Beverage Division.Requests identification for every guest purchasing alcohol.Performs other related duties as assigned by Food & Beverage Manager.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
