Best Impressions Caterers in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Catering Server to provide exceptional food and beverage service while supporting the logistics of full-service catered events.

You will assist with event setup and breakdown, deliver outstanding guest service, and work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of excellence and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and carry items up to 30 pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and breakdown of tables, linens, chairs, décor, and event equipment.
• Replenish food at buffets and stations and assist with passed appetizers and beverage service.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to guests and clients.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management throughout events.
• Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and company policies.
• Support front-of-house, back-of-house, and side work duties to ensure smooth event operations.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate important information regarding orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment before, during, and after events.
• Must be available to work Saturdays.

Compensation

• Starting rate is $16 (Based on Experience)
