Job summary

Stonefire Grill in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Catering Sales Team Member to deliver exceptional catering events. You will manage inbound guest calls, coordinate with the Catering Office and Restaurant Operations, and work to exceed guest expectations through friendly, accurate planning.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with catering procedures; occasional weekends/holidays and in-person office presence are expected, with all training at the Home

Qualifications

• 1+ years of guest service experience preferred.
• 1+ years of high-level phone experience preferred.
• Catering and food service experience highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and exceptional communication skills.
• High level computer skills to include Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

• Manages inbound calls from guests for catering needs and requests.
• Provides expert knowledge of menu and event coordination to meet guest expectations.
• Supports the Catering Office Manager in leading the Catering Services Office team.
• Works with Caterease database to ensure all information is present.
• Ensures seamless handoff from Catering Office to Restaurant Operations for consistent service.
• Maintains guest and team-first focus daily.
• Drives catering sales through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Follows up with guests to collect feedback and secure repeat events.
• Performs administrative duties including voicemails and emails.
