Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants is seeking a catering coordinator for a franchised McAlister’s Deli location in Missouri. You will coordinate drivers and deliveries for the day and check with drivers and guests to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include completing daily catering accounting procedures, making at least two sales calls daily and recording them in the sales report, and filling out front of house and back of house prep lists for catering orders, plus other duties as requested by
