McAlister's Deli is seeking a Catering Coordinator to join our Restaurant Operations team. The role centers on coordinating catering orders from initial receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent customer service.

You will work closely with management to plan resources, build catering sales, and maintain accurate data in our centralized catering database. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills essential.
• Ability to coordinate catering orders from receipt to delivery and payment.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle fulfillment of catering orders from receipt to delivery.
• Organize all catering orders around production, delivery, and follow-up.
• Build catering sales within the restaurant by calling back customers and developing relationships.
• Enter catering customer data into the centralized catering database.
• Maintain a payment register for catering orders in line with cash management policy.
• Assist in restaurant operations as needed.
