Job description

Join us as a Catering Sales Manager at Conrad Los Angeles, the newest luxury hotel in downtown LA, part of the billion-dollar The Grand LA project. This 28-story hotel features over 300 rooms, a spa, rooftop pool deck, extensive event space, and multiple F&B outlets including a signature restaurant & bar, rooftop restaurant, lobby bar, and in-room dining, all in partnership with Chef Jose Andres' award-winning group.

As a Catering Sales Manager, you will develop market segments, solicit new clients, negotiate proposals and contracts, primarily focusing on the Social and Corporate markets.

Responsibilities include:
  • Soliciting and responding to customer inquiries for food & beverage and event space rentals.
  • Hosting clients, conducting tours, promoting facilities, and drafting contracts.
  • Managing catering events and supervising team members for event execution.
  • Responding to guest requests and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Supporting large event planning and onsite execution.
  • Ensuring accuracy in contracts, menus, and reports.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years in sales, catering, or convention services.
  • Experience in luxury or 5-star properties preferred.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage menus and event etiquette.
Additional Information:

This is a full-time position located at Conrad Los Angeles. The role reports to the Director of Catering and involves working in a dynamic, luxury hospitality environment.
