Position: Catering Sales Manager
Job Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Drive revenues in various segments with a heavy focus on social and wedding business.
  2. Exceed customers' expectations with great knowledge, professionalism, and genuine service.
  3. Develop and maintain exceptional relationships.
  4. Qualify internal leads and turn inquiries into events.
  5. Book and detail events with extreme accuracy.
  6. Upsell menu items to maximize revenues while providing increased value and an exceptional experience to our guests.
  7. Be a team player to promote a positive atmosphere for our associates while keeping the highest standards in place.
  8. Provide pricing recommendations that illustrate tremendous value to our guest while meeting profitability margins.
  9. Schedule includes Saturdays and Sundays!
Qualifications
  1. Banquet sales experience including knowledge of social and wedding segments.
  2. Must have a keen eye for detail.
  3. Professional and polished with the ability to build and maintain relationships in an upscale environment.
  4. Ability to guide and lead guests through the planning process including food, beverage, set-up, themes, and colors.
  5. Results-oriented and enthusiastic!
  6. High standards and a passion for guest service.
  7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary Range (NY only): $80,000 - $120,000 per year
