Catering Sales Manager - New Business Development
We’re looking for a salesperson who knows how to find business, open doors, build relationships, and close accounts. Our catering business already has a substantial customer base. Your job isn’t to sit back and manage existing orders. Your job is to grow it.
Win new catering customers and reactivate former customers. You will identify prospects, reach decision-makers, build relationships, and turn opportunities into recurring catering business.
This is not primarily an order-taking position. We want someone comfortable picking up the phone, walking into businesses, networking, asking for meetings, following up consistently, building a pipeline, and closing business.
Base Salary: $55,000
Plus uncapped commission on qualified new and reactivated catering sales. Strong performance can produce total annual compensation of approximately $75,000-$100,000+, with additional upside for exceptional results. There is no commission on the existing active customer base.
Experience in B2B sales, outside sales, catering sales, hospitality sales, restaurant sales, pharmaceutical sales, business development, or account acquisition is particularly valuable. Restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
You’re not starting with an unproven product or building a catering operation from scratch. You’ll be selling a recognized brand with an established catering business and significant existing sales volume. Your opportunity is to find the businesses we’re not serving today and turn them into customers.
If you see an office building and immediately wonder, "Who is feeding all those people?" - we would like to talk to you.
