Job summary

Eurest USA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to lead the Catering Department, oversee event setups, train staff, and ensure flawless service at every client event. You will manage the department to deliver high-quality, on-site catering for corporate dining rooms and events.

The role requires at least 2 years in food service including management, catering experience, budgeting skills, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service experience including 1 year at the management level.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
• Catering experience is required.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
• ServSafe Certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all catering events.
• Oversees event logistics, sanitation, and labor costs.
• Works with the Chef in creating menus.
• Trains catering associates in service techniques and customer service.
• Maintains client relationships and manages cost controls.
