Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Sales Manager to drive regional sales through strategic outreach and account development. You will manage a book of business, qualify client needs, and forecast large transactions in our CRM while supporting online and offline ordering and loyalty initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with local catering teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and to expand Panera’s catering growth across the assigned territory.

• Knowledge of CRM practices and pipeline management.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve KPIs: dial volume, conversations, target accounts growth and new client acquisition.
• Develop Territory Account Plans to drive incremental sales.
• Qualify clients to forecast large transactions and forecast revenue in CRM.
• Create proposals and support ordering via online and offline channels.
• Drive online ordering and Panera Loyalty sign-ups.
• Build positive client relationships and identify referrals and growth opportunities.
• Work with local catering teams to execute orders and ensure customer experience.
