Job summary

The Garland is looking for a Catering Sales Manager to support the Sales and Catering team. This role involves managing client relationships and coordinating events to ensure seamless execution.

Key responsibilities include client communication, upselling event enhancements, and working with various hotel teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in hospitality and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Manage multiple events simultaneously and effectively.
• Evaluate and select among alternate courses in stressful situations.
• Work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and service all assigned social events and select meetings.
• Conduct periodic visits to events ensuring service standards meet expectations.
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts for assigned accounts.
