Job summary

Levi's Stadium is seeking a Catering Sales Coordinator to help achieve annual sales and profit goals for group events. You will partner with operations to deliver "The Levy Difference" and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Based in Santa Clara, CA, this role involves clerical support, managing sales materials and inquiries, coordinating BEOs and invoices, and collaborating with Group Sales and Operations to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Provide essential clerical and administrative support.
• Ensure that appropriate Group Sales materials are always available.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting all deadlines.
• Provide timely assistance to Group Sales management to ensure all catering services exceed guest expectations.
• Efficiently manage the distribution of sales inquiries.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships with Group Sales managers and Operations teams.
• Handle VIP non-group reservations with professionalism and world-class hospitality.
• Communicate all group sales bookings regularly and efficiently across relevant teams.
• Ensure accessibility of current competitors’ menus for reference.
• Manage the Levy Preferred program in a professional, efficient manner.
• Maintain an active customer database sourced from marketing activities.
• Help ensure all Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) are entered, updated, and finalized in a timely manner.
• Process invoices and other financial documents on a timely basis.
• Ensure that all financial figures are collected, entered into the Sales Comparison document, and distributed promptly.
• Complete all assigned projects in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide clerical support, including filing, copying, and typing of letters/memos.
