Job summary

SAVOR / Legends Global is seeking a motivated Catering Suite Runner / Expo to join the Food & Beverage team at accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington. This part-time, event-based role delivers food and beverage to premium suites and catering locations with a focus on guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include matching orders to contracts, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Food Handler’s Permit and Mixology Permit required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs for the duration of scheduled shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

• Ensure food prepared by the kitchen matches the suite receipt and catering contracts.
• Assist Suite Attendants and Caterers with maintaining cleanliness and delivery of food for all suite/catering locations.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned by the Suites and Catering Manager or Supervisor.
• Adhere to company and state guidelines when pouring drinks.
• Deliver a positive, polished, and professional guest experience at all times.

Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.
