Job summary

Centers for Independence is seeking a dependable Cook I/II for our MCFI kitchen and serving/cafeteria operations on the 1st shift. You will prepare meals, follow recipes and production sheets, and collaborate with food service staff to meet daily menus and customer needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety and sanitation standards, assisting with inventory, and supporting team members to deliver high-quality meals for clients and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Two years of experience in food production.
• Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cook I/II collaborate with kitchen staff on production.
• Follow approved recipes and production sheets.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleaning standards.
• Assist with inventory and notify management of needs.
