• Maintain food safety and sanitation by cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas, recording temperatures, and adhering to health and regulatory standards.
• Manage inventory through proper labeling, dating, rotation (FIFO), and storage practices to minimize waste and ensure food safety.
• Support team operations by collaborating with managers and coworkers to meet service goals, communicate operational needs, and deliver efficient meal service.
