Job summary

Qualitykosher in Michigan is seeking a Catering Operations Manager to lead the logistics team, execute events, and deliver memorable hospitality experiences for clients.

You will review BEOs, manage inventory, refine SOPs, participate in meetings, and pursue improvements to efficiency, service quality, and profitability while ensuring safety. The role requires standing, walking, bending, and lifting during shifts. On-site events are expected as scheduled.

• Maintain accurate inventory
• Assess current SOP's and develop or implement new ones as required.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability.

Established, Michigan Based Catering Company is looking to add a Catering Operations Manager to the team.
