Job summary

The Charmed Table in Baltimore is seeking a General Manager - Catering Operations to lead daily catering, meal programs, and delivery operations. You will oversee staff, scheduling, food safety, and cost control while ensuring quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction across all service lines.

You will drive profitability through recipe costing, KPI tracking, and partner coordination with outsourced admin and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Experience managing catering operations or recurring meal delivery programs.
• Experience with DoorDash, direct delivery, or third‑party platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in catering, restaurant, institutional food service, hospitality operations, or related food service management.
• ServSafe Manager Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of catering, meal programs, and delivery channels.
• Manage staff scheduling, supervision, appearance, productivity, and accountability.
• Monitor food quality, menu consistency, and customer satisfaction across service lines.
• Control costs, waste, inventory, and reporting; ensure HACCP and safety compliance.
