Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the catering program.
• Schedule staff and manage labor resources.
• Recruit, train, and retain staff for high-quality service.
• Meet with clients to document catering needs and preferences.
• Supervise catering team to ensure timely food service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Control budgets and minimize expenditure.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies for catering.
• Support General Manager and Catering Director in cost management.
