Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of food & beverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and/or participate in stand set up and closing procedures.
• Ensure all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked; order replacement stock as needed.
• Efficiently and accurately complete any required paperwork.
• Ensure staff are adhering to alcohol policies.
• Manage staff to ensure food prep meets guidelines set by Legends and the Board of Health.
• Be knowledgeable of all positions and able to fill any position in any location, if needed.
• Knowledge of POS systems and assist with scheduling.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe environment.
• Work as a team and interact with guests in a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
