Qualifications

• 2 years of food service experience, including 1 year in a management role.
• Experience with catering for events and corporate dining.
• Knowledge of food cost controls, sanitation, and presentation.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• ServSafe Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all catering events.
• Oversees event setup and breakdown procedures.
• Trains catering staff in service techniques.
• Manages labor and food cost for each event.
• Maintains client relationships with management and staff.
• Collaborates with Chef to create menus.
• Ensures sanitation and quality across events.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
