Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead in the United States to manage and grow our catering service. You will ensure accurate preparation and timely delivery of all catered orders while applying your marketing and sales skills to bring in new catering business.

This is a first shift position with an early morning to mid-afternoon schedule; strong customer service and organization are required to succeed and earn great tips in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver license, clean driving record and reliable transportation for local deliveries
• Proof of insurance
• Excellent customer service skills — polite, courteous, respectful, professional
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and teammates
• Flexible schedule with early start times
• Over 18 years old
• Food service or retail sales experience preferred
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsabilités

• Own the success of the catering operations
• Take, place and prepare catering orders and teach others to do so effectively
• Maintain accurate guest database, collect payments and follow up with catering guests to ensure satisfaction
• Keep work area neat and clean while following all safety and sanitation procedures
• Interact positively with team members, managers and guests on a consistent basis
