Qualifications

• At least 2 years of catering experience.
• At least 3 years of cooking experience.
• Full-time schedule with morning shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare entrees and menu items following recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after use and perform routine cleaning.
• Store, label, and date food items; maintain organized storage.
• Follow HACCP guidelines for food safety and quality.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain daily production records and required documentation.
• Assist in cross-training employees.
