Job summary

Panera Bread in Hampton, VA is seeking a Catering Lead to manage and execute catering orders for guests, ensuring familiar and fantastic offerings are delivered promptly.

You will supervise orders, coordinate deliveries, maintain health and food safety standards, and promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.

This role requires a self-starter with great communication, ability to lift 25-50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Food Handler's Card as required by law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have own vehicle for delivering orders and a valid driving record.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality.
