This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork, supporting managers and helping transform occasions into memorable experiences for customers and local organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law).
• Own a vehicle for delivering orders with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to operate a passenger vehicle and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards at all times.
• Maintain Panera’s quality standards for craveable food.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
