Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead to join our team in Indiana. You will manage catering orders, deliver to events, and ensure hot, fresh Panera dishes reach guests promptly while upholding food safety standards.

You’ll engage with guests to plan events, build excitement for Panera catering, and support managers and staff. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a customer-focused, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card).
• Enjoy people and have effective communication skills.
• Self-starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Must have your own vehicle with acceptable driving record.
• Able to operate a passenger vehicle with an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Stand/walk up to 3 hours.
• Clear communication in a loud environment.

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
