Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead in Teterboro, NJ. You will manage catering orders, coordinate with guests, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality Panera dishes for events.

Responsibilities include planning events, providing warm service, upholding health and safety standards, and assisting store leadership. Eligible for team tips and comprehensive benefits. Must have own vehicle for deliveries and flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and basic food safety understanding.
• Own vehicle with acceptable driving record for deliveries.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
