Panera Bread in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders, ensure warm and timely service, and deliver orders to events. You will uphold food safety standards and promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a self-motivated approach, with flexibility for nights/weekends and driving responsibilities for deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Food Handler's Card as required by law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter able to meet goals with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Own a vehicle with a valid driving record for delivering orders.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's standards for food quality.
• Promote Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
