Panera leadership is seeking a Catering Lead in Wentzville, MO to manage and produce catering orders, and deliver to events with warm, proactive service. You will ensure guest satisfaction while upholding health and food safety standards.

You will promote Panera Catering to local businesses and schools, support managers and teammates, and help grow a culture of warmth and trust. Flexible hours including nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Handler's Card or equivalent food-safety training.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Own a vehicle with a valid driving record for delivering orders.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.
• Effective communication with guests and teammates.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
