Qualifications

• Must have basic food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card where required).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driving record.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk up to 3 hours in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Deliver orders to events and ensure accuracy.
• Provide warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
• Adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's quality and craveable food standards.

• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
