Panera Bread is seeking a Catering Lead in Addison, IL. You will manage catering orders, ensure timely delivery, and provide warm, proactive service to event guests. The role supports a culture of warmth and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with deliveries, uphold health and safety standards, and promote Panera catering to local businesses and schools. Must be 18+, own a vehicle, and work flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Food safety understanding and training; Food Handler's Card as required by law.
• Own a vehicle for delivering orders with an acceptable driving record.
• Flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push or pull 25–50 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests' events.
• Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera's high standards for craveable food quality.
• Build excitement for Panera catering to local businesses, schools and events.
• Support Managers and Team Members as needed.
• Contribute to a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
