Job summary

Panera Bread in Green Bay is seeking a Catering Lead to manage and produce catering orders for our guests, delivering warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups to ensure every event meets expectations.

You will assist with delivering orders to events, uphold health and food safety standards, and help market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools and events while supporting managers and teammates.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18+ and ability to deliver with a valid driver's license.
Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card where required).
Excellent communication and organizational skills for event planning.

Responsibilities

Manage and produce catering orders for our guests.
Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service and proactive follow-ups.
Assist with delivering orders to guests’ events.
Adhere to health and food safety standards.
Maintain Panera’s standards for craveable food quality.
Market Panera Catering to local area businesses, schools and events.
Assist and support Managers and Team Members as needed.
Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth and trust.
