Panera Bread in Bloomfield Hills, MI, is seeking a Catering Lead to manage catering orders and deliver memorable, warm service at events. You will coordinate orders, communicate effectively with guests, and ensure timely follow-ups to achieve satisfaction.

You'll uphold strict food safety standards, promote Panera Catering to local businesses and schools, and support managers and teammates. Flexibility to work nights/weekends and a valid vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Food safety understanding and training (Food Handler's Card as required by law).
• Own vehicle for delivering orders with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds and stand/walk up to 3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Provide warm, friendly service with proactive follow-ups to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with delivering orders to events.
