Qualifications

• Certified food handlers and TABC (Texas) certification required.
• Reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee catering orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Foster relationships with existing clients and seek new catering opportunities.
• Coordinate and assemble catering orders and uphold the Modern Market Catering Strategy.
• Handle occasional after-hours orders with a friendly, accommodating approach.
• Fulfill hourly restaurant duties as needed, such as cashiering or guest support.
