Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth catering experience for clients, including preparing dry goods, food, and timely delivery and presentation.
• Foster relationships with current clients and seek new catering opportunities within the community.
• Manage catering orders from receipt to preparation and delivery, ensuring accuracy.
• Support hourly duties in the restaurant during down times (cashier, guest assistance, line).
• Be flexible to handle orders on occasional nights and weekends with a pleasant, accommodating demeanor.
