Job Overview

We are looking for a Catering Lead to manage and execute catering operations, helping guests plan events with Panera’s dishes and ensuring high‑quality food service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and produce catering orders for guests.
• Create memorable experiences with warm, friendly service, effective communication, and proactive follow‑ups to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
• Assist with delivering orders to guests’ events.
• Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards.
• Maintain Panera’s food quality standards.
• Build excitement and interest in Panera’s products and services.
• Market Panera Catering to local businesses, schools, and events.
• Assist and support managers and team members as needed.
• Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Complete basic food safety training (Food Handler’s Card as required by law).
• Enjoy working with people and have effective communication skills.
• Self‑starter who can meet goals with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Own a vehicle with an acceptable driving record.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 25–50 pounds; able to stand and walk for up to 3 hours.
• Can clearly communicate and understand directions in a loud environment.
