Responsibilities include confirming orders, preparing deliveries, and supporting managers to maintain smooth restaurant operations. Candidates should possess a valid US Driver’s License, be team-oriented, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and comfortable driving.
• Available to work at least 15–20 hours per week.
• Willing to deliver orders timely and maintain order accuracy.
• Able to call and confirm orders with guests.
• Must complete a Chick-fil-A driving course (cost provided).

Responsibilities

The Catering Team Leader oversees all aspects of catering: confirming orders, preparing and coordinating deliveries, maintaining accuracy, and supporting managers during shifts. The role requires a positive work environment, training of staff, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License and comfortable driving.
• Available to work at least 15–20 hours per week.
• Willing to deliver orders timely and maintain order accuracy.
• Able to call and confirm orders with guests.
• Proficient in ringing up catering orders in our POS system.
• Willing to work cross‑functionally to produce orders.
• Has ownership of assignments and can handle heavy items.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Can work occasional extra hours for large events or last‑minute orders.
• Will complete a Chick‑fil‑A driving course (cost provided). 
• Must provide a driving background check.
• Must have GPS on a cellular device.
• Hard‑working, team‑oriented with great customer service skills.
• Can give constructive feedback to maintain quality.
