Job summary

Pura Vida Miami is seeking a Catering Specialist to support growth, execution, and operations of our catering business throughout Florida. You will blend sales support, client relationship management, and event coordination to drive revenue and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and team-oriented, with a passion for hospitality. You will manage inquiries, build partnerships, coordinate orders, and work closely with store teams and vendors to deliver

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in catering coordination, hospitality, event planning, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: identify and cultivate new catering opportunities, build relationships, and drive new business.
• Client Experience & Account Support: respond to inquiries, coordinate order details, and nurture client partnerships.
• Catering Operations & Execution: manage orders and events, coordinate with store leadership and delivery partners, and support invoicing.
