Job summary

SSA Group, LLC is seeking a Catering Associate in San Francisco to deliver warm, welcoming, and memorable guest experiences at catered events.

You will support setup, service, and breakdown, assist with menu knowledge, and help maintain quality and safety standards while working with a dynamic team.

Prior event hospitality or catering experience is a plus; candidates must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights; hours include evenings and weekends.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to articulate with clients and HQ personnel.
• Ability to stay organized and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality, product levels and inventory for event setup.
• Fulfill guest requests quickly and resolve complaints effectively.
• Assist with setup, execution, breakdown, and cleanup of events.
