Job summary

Resolute Road Hospitality is seeking a passionate Catering & Sales Manager in Spokane to solicit, book, plan, and coordinate group meetings and events. You’ll work with clients and hotel teams to ensure flawless execution, maximize banquet space, and exceed revenue goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role includes forecasting, budgeting, and pace reporting to guide strategic revenue decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or event management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, book, plan, and coordinate group rooms, meetings, and events.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Maximize banquet space utilization and revenue; support forecasting and budgeting.
• Lead BEO meetings and communicate group requirements to staff.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pace reports, and revenue projections.
• Analyze trends to identify opportunities and risks; provide exceptional guest experiences.
