• Customer Service: Act as the face of the restaurant, providing polite, professional service, handling customer complaints, and verifying order accuracy.
• Safety & Operations: Adhere to all traffic laws and safe driving practices, regardless of weather conditions.
• Payment Handling: Collect payments (cash or card) upon delivery and process them accurately.
• In-Store Duties: Assist with order assembly, packing, and cleaning when not on deliveries.
• Navigation: Strong knowledge of the local delivery area and proficiency with GPS tools.
• Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple orders and meet strict delivery windows under pressure.
• Interpersonal Skills: Clear verbal communication for interacting with kitchen staff and customers.
