Position:

Title: Dishwasher

Reports to: Kitchen Manager(s) and Chef Team

Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean dishes and kitchen equipment as they come through the dish pit.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure proper storage of dishes and equipment.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to accommodate catering event schedules.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Experience in fast-paced dish pit environments preferred.
• Ability to efficiently organize and handle dishes.
• Knowledge of MSDS and maintaining cleanliness protocols.
• Commitment to sanitation and providing a welcoming guest experience.
