Job summary

Talentify is seeking team members for our catering department located at a retail grocery location in Massachusetts. The role focuses on delivering high-quality service, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely, courteous customer interactions.

You will maintain cleanliness and comply with safety procedures while supporting a strong catering team. The position requires 21+ years old with MA driver’s license, reliable reading/writing of English, and ability to handle multiple tasks during daily

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
• Driving record reviewed annually and may require CORI check.
• Must pass substance testing and background check.
• Must be well groomed, customer oriented and able to interact with customers.
• Ability to read/write and understand English; follow English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Handle each customer sales transaction courteously and greet customers.
• Coordinate orders with catering sales clerk and stay in contact if problems arise.
• Deliver orders efficiently with timely service and proper storage/shipping.
• Maintain department cleanliness, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Notify management of complaints, security issues and product problems.
• Present a professional image with neat personal appearance and attire.
