Job summary

Ruby Tuesday in Columbus, GA is seeking a Catering Delivery Associate to support guest service, ordering, and on-site delivery and setup of catering orders. You will guide guests through menus, collect order details, and ensure accurate input into the MICROS system.

You will deliver friendly interactions, handle payments, and maintain equipment for TueGo and catering services. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required for timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible and long hours required at times.
• Ability to stand frequently, exerting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance for the purpose of delivering catering orders.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and provide a positive experience.
• Answer the phone and assist guests with questions courteously.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, catering, and promotional menus.
• Collect information to process TueGo/Catering orders (delivery location, name, phone).
• Input orders accurately at the MICROS system.
• Package orders per Ruby Tuesday recipes and ensure items are included.
• Present quality food/beverage items and process payments efficiently.
• Complete side work and maintain TueGo/Catering materials.
• Direct large catering orders to the Ruby Tuesday Catering Team.
• Deliver and set up catering orders by the specified timeframe.
