Job summary

QDOBA, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is hiring energetic, hospitality‑oriented individuals for the Catering Delivery Driver role in Matthews, North Carolina. You will be the face of QDOBA, delivering with enthusiasm and guest service, and you may help as a crew member when not delivering.

Responsibilities include delivering orders safely and on time, verifying order accuracy before loading, signing for deliveries, loading for efficiency, and maintaining delivery logs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable, clean vehicle with current registration, NC inspection, and insurance.
• Valid driver's license must be on person at all times.
• Submit to an MVR report for good driving history in past 36 months.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

As our Catering Delivery Driver, you will be the face of QDOBA, representing yourself and QDOBA with enthusiasm and great hospitality! What You'll Be Dishing Out:

• Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality.
• Work as a crew member when not making a delivery (see Crew Member Job Description).
• Double-check the accuracy of the order before loading orders for delivery.
• Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.
• Obtain guests’ signatures on all orders and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner.

Ingredients for Success:

• Must be at least 18 years old to remain compliant with state and federal laws.
• Possess a reliable, clean vehicle in good repair with current registration, NC inspection, and insurance.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license on your person at all times.
• Submit to an MVR report to establish a good driving history within the past 36 months.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
