Job summary

QDOBA, part of Thrive Restaurant Group, is hiring a Catering Delivery Driver in Easley, SC. You will represent both QDOBA and Thrive with enthusiasm, delivering orders safely and providing top-tier hospitality to guests.

Responsibilities include loading, delivering, and unloading orders, confirming details with guests, and helping as a crew member when not delivering. Thrive offers health benefits and PTO alongside a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work.
• Must possess a reliable, drivable vehicle with current registration, insurance, and NC inspection where applicable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check within the last 36 months.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide friendly guest service and high hospitality.
• Assist as a crew member when not delivering.
• Double-check order accuracy before loading.
• Load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.
• Obtain guest signatures and maintain delivery logs.
• Unload and arrange food and drinks attractively.

What You'll Be Dishing Out:

• Deliver all orders in a safe and timely manner.
• Provide friendly guest service and the highest level of hospitality.
• Work as a crew member when not making a delivery (see Crew Member Job Description).
• Double-check the accuracy of the order before loading orders for delivery.
• Strategically load and deliver orders for maximum efficiency and timeliness.
• Obtain guests’ signatures on all orders and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Unload product and arrange food/drinks in an appealing manner.

Ingredients for Success:

• Must be at least 18 years old to remain compliant with state and federal laws.
• Possess a reliable, clean vehicle in good repair with current registration, NC inspection, and insurance.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license on your person at all times.
• Submit to an MVR report to establish a good driving history within the past 36 months.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
